Mornings

Monday 9.30  – 10.45 a.m.

Wednesday 11.00 – 12.15 p.m.

Evenings

Monday     6.30-7.30 p.m.

Tuesday     6.15-7.15 p.m.

Wednesday 6.15- 7.30 p.m.

Yes, we do, please see them listed on the Home Page. If there are none there that suit you, don’t worry, whether you consider yourself to be a beginner, intermediate or advanced there is the best and most suitable pilates here for you.

Your First Pilates Session

What to Wear

stretchy clothes  that allow you to move and keep you comfortable. Fresh socks for your feet, no shoes. Bring an extra layer that you can take off as you warm up. You will need some kind of trousers/leggings/jogging trousers, as we move in all directions. Gentlemen, shorts are unsuitable unless worn over cycling shorts.
